The Pinnacle of Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir has long been one of our favourite varieties at Casa de Vinos, and for this tasting we’re opening some of the bottles we’ve been quietly putting aside for the right occasion.

Across the evening, we’ll pour seven Australian Pinot Noirs from producers we particularly admire, bringing together back vintages, limited releases and wines you’ll rarely see poured by the glass, let alone together in a tasting like this.

Expect wines from producers including Stefano Lubiana, By Farr, Mount Mary and more, with a line-up selected from across some of Australia’s most highly regarded Pinot Noir regions. These are the sorts of bottles we tend to save ourselves for birthdays, Christmas and dinners where you want to open something a little special.

The evening will run as a relaxed, semi-guided masterclass. We’ll introduce each wine, talk through the producer, vineyard and what makes the bottle interesting, while leaving plenty of time between pours to enjoy the wines, chat around the table and share your thoughts as we make our way through the line-up.
