Alongside the spirits, we’ll be serving shared Australian cheese and charcuterie platters — the perfect match for a great gin.
This special event is a celebration of the breadth and creativity of Aussie distilling, from the country to the coast. We’re thrilled to welcome three new producers to the Lounge for the very first time:
Tasmaniac Distillers – travelling across the Bass Strait to share their bold and imaginative Tasmanian spirits.
Logans Micro Distillery – straight from Gippsland’s fertile plains, bringing their farm-to-bottle approach to gin making.
Daylesford Spirits – capturing the uniqueness and charm of their special place in every drop.
Each distillery will be represented by someone from their team, ready to share their stories, passion, and insights into the craft.
Expect incredible gins, exceptional cocktails, and a relaxed, fun afternoon in true Casa de Vinos style.
