This winter, discover six carefully selected Australian wines paired with artisan cheeses in a guided tasting experience designed to showcase the harmony between wine and cheese.

While the wines and cheeses will remain a surprise until the evening, guests can expect a journey through some of Australia's most exciting producers, complemented by insights from two special guest presenters from the wine industry.

Casa de Vinos' own Jonno will lead the cheese component of the evening, sharing the stories and flavours behind each selection and how they elevate the wines alongside them.
