Join us for a special evening exploring the exceptional craftsmanship of Callington Mill. Located in the historic town of Oatlands, Tasmania, Callington Mill is redefining Australian whisky with bold innovation and a deep respect for tradition. This will be the first Callington Mill tasting of its kind on the ‘mainland’, featuring seven whiskies, including our Casa de Vinos-selected Madeira cask and a look at some vintage and recent bottlings as well. 

Joining the Casa team on the night will be Callington Mill Brand Ambassador Rebekah Loughlin, who will share insights into what makes their distillery tick, their unique approach and what to expect in the future.  The tasting will be accompanied by shared cheese and charcuterie plates, making for an unforgettable night of whisky and great conversation.
