New Releases Tasting Night

Have yourself a peaty little Christmas.

The arrival of the latest Octomore releases has become an annual excuse for a special tasting at the Casa de Vinos Lounge. This year, we’re adding two new Bruichladdich releases to the line-up: Greener Still and the 14 Year Old Yellow Submarine.

Join Bruichladdich Australian Ambassador Max Borrowman for a guided journey through five whiskies, exploring the distillery’s approach to flavour, experimentation and, of course, peat. With the festive season in full swing, expect an evening of discovery, good company and a little Christmas cheer.

We’ll welcome you with a Laddie cocktail, followed by shared cheese and charcuterie boards to accompany the whiskies on the night:
