Casa de Vinos invites you to the Lounge for the unveiling of a new chapter from Islay’s Bruichladdich Distillery.

The Classic Laddie has evolved. A new 10 Year Old steps forward - shaped by time, place, and Bruichladdich’s distinctly modern approach to whisky making - unpeated, coastal, and driven by clarity, texture, and nuance. This evening marks its Melbourne debut.

We begin in the Casa de Vinos shop with welcome cocktails and canapés, before moving upstairs to the Lounge for an immersive guided tasting. Across six Bruichladdich expressions, you’ll explore the coastal brightness, cultivated land, and quiet dusk moments that define Islay - each whisky paired with a considered bite inspired by its origin.

Guiding the journey is Bruichladdich Ambassador Max Borrowman, alongside a menu curated by Melbourne-based, Michelin-trained chef Thomas Damm.

The line-up features the new Bruichladdich 10 Year Old, alongside rare and distinctive releases including a Micro Provenance single cask, Black Art 11.1 (24 Year Old), and further expressions that speak to the distillery’s progressive spirit.

Guests will have access to event-only bottle pricing, with the option to secure the new 10 Year Old on the night or as part of your ticket package below.  Each purchase of this release also enters you into a draw to receive a special bottle of Bruichladdich 2011 Islay Barley, gifted on the evening.
