Casa de Vinos 16th Birthday Whisky Tasting Night

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to celebrate Casa de Vinos’ 16th birthday with a classic CDV-style whisky night in the Lounge.

To mark the occasion, we’ve bottled two very special whiskies, both of which will be showcased for the first time on the night. We’re keeping their identities under wraps for now, but we can give you a couple of hints: expect a collaboration with a well-known Australian whisky purveyor, alongside a fairly epic high-age-statement release from a cult Scottish distillery. Needless to say, we’re incredibly excited to finally share these two bottlings.

The rest of the evening’s line-up will take a look back at some of the milestone releases from our journey over the past 16 years. We’ll revisit our first-ever Chichibu single cask, bottled for our 10th anniversary back in the Bay Street days; our Glen Moray collaboration with The Whisky Agency, which became our very first bottling for Whisky Abbey Festival; and our first Kanosuke single cask, bottled for Whisky Abbey 2024.

And, in typical CDV fashion, there will probably be a couple of other things pulled from the cellar to share on the night, followed by a few bottles of Champagne and wine to pop once the tasting is done.

Whether you’ve been along for most of the ride or are a more recent addition to the Casa de Vinos family, we’d love to have you with us to raise a glass to 16 years of Casa de Vinos, the bottles and experiences we’ve shared along the way, and most importantly, the wonderful community that has made it all possible.
