A Night in France - Rare Spirits & The Finest Cheese

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Casa de Vinos Lounge for an evening devoted to the indulgent harmony of French spirits and artisanal cheese.

This curated experience will feature rare expressions of Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados, alongside extraordinary single malts bottled by renowned French independent bottler La Maison du Whisky. Expect exceptional pairings — from a 30-year-old Cognac alongside a 36-month aged Comté, to a 27-year-old single malt matched with decadent Roquefort. These combinations are among the most luxurious we have done side by side to date.

Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail in the Casa de Vinos foyer, followed by a guided masterclass in our upstairs tasting lounge — a journey through the elegance, depth and tradition of France’s finest producers and bottlers.
