Join us in the Casa de Vinos Lounge for an evening that traces decades of Tasmanian whisky history, culminating in an exclusive tasting of the oldest Hellyers Road Distillery release to date - a 22 Year Old American Oak Matured Single Malt Whisky.  The evening will begin with a bespoke welcome cocktail, followed by a whisky masterclass in the lounge.

Guiding us through the lineup will be Hellyers Road Head Distiller Fiona Coutts. With her unparalleled knowledge and experience, this promises to be an evening not to be missed. Alongside the exceptional whisky masterclass, cocktails, and conversation, each table will be adorned with cheese and charcuterie platters showcasing the outstanding produce of North West Tasmania.
