Rare Whisky & The World's Best Cheese - Melbourne Food & Wine festival 2026 NEW SESSION ADDED

A journey rich in rarities returns to MFWF 2026 with hard to-find cheese and top-shelf whisky.

Over the past 16 years, Casa de Vinos has built Australia’s largest collection of rare whiskies and spirits with more than 1,000 bottles available to taste at any time. Each year, five of the most exceptional bottles from the collection are reserved exclusively for this event and paired with artisanal cheese flown in for the occasion. 

Back by overwhelming demand after two consecutive sell-outs, this year’s edition promises our boldest exploration yet with some of the world’s oldest and rarest whiskies making their way off the top shelf.
